Package Units COOLRITE
Package Units
are suitable for Floor, Wall or Ceiling installations
with Standard Cabinet to serve even the more sophisticated
architectural requirements.Units are compact, noiseless,
have high efficiency, and a long-life.
COOLRITE Standard Unit Cabinet shall
be made of zincor primered steel sheet coated with oven
baked fine enamels. All units shall have the best protection
against rust and corrosion.
Compressor shall be hermetic or semihermetic
type, designed for high energy efficiency for air conditioning
and heat pump applications. Rugged, compact construction
for heavy duty usage.
Piping shall be made of brazed seamless
copper tube including sight glass and filter dryer, and
a receiver and an accumulator if necessary.
Coil shall be made of brazed seamless copper
tubes, expanded on aluminium fins, and tested at 28 bar
(400psi). Aluminium fins are normally spaced at 12 fpi.
Fans shall be of radial propeller type,
statically and dynamically balanced, with heavy gauge
protective wire guard specially designed for large air
flow with low static head pressure. Large diameter, low
RPM, low noise, maintenance-free quality fan are used.
Blowers shall be of the centrifugal forward-curved
type, statically and dynamically balanced, all parts shall
be provided with one or two blowers, according to the
airhandling necessities.
Insulation All standard units shall be
thermally and accoustically insulated with polyrethane
foam or asphalt coated fiber glass panels.
Collar for direct duct connection is provided
in all units for outlet air only. For plenum a collar
is also provided for inlet air.
Filter slots are standard in all units, ½ inch
disposable filter is normally provided, cleanable filters
are also available on request.
Motors shall be water proof enclosed
type with maintenance-free bearings or long life solid
lubricant reserve, suitablefor outdoor conditions. Single
or multispeed single phase permanent split capacitor,
or single speed 3 phase type, direct drive or belt drive
arrangement. Motors are suitable for horizontal and vertical
working positions, with internal built-in thermal protection,
low speed, and low noise, in accordance with most European
and American Electric Norms.
