Condensers
COOLRITE Condensers are suitable for Floor,
Wall or Ceiling installations with Standard Cabinet, to
serve even more sophisticated architectural requirements.
Units are compact, noiseless, have high efficiency, and
a long life.
COOLRITE Standard Unit Cabinets: shall be made of zincor
primered steel sheet coated with oven baked fine enamels.
All units shall have the best protection against rust and
corrosion.
Compressors shall be hermetic or semihermetic type,
designed by International companies, for high energy efficiency
for refrigeration applications. Rugged, compact construction
for heavy duty usage.
Piping shall be made of brazed seamless
copper tube including sight glass and filter dryier, and
a receiver and an accumulator if necessary.
Coils shall be made of seamless copper tubes, expanded
on aluminium fins, and tested at 28 bar (400 psi). Aluminium
fins are normally spaced at 12 fpi.
Fans shall be of radial propeller type, statically
and dynamically balanced, with heavy gauge protective wire
guard specially designed for large air flow with low static
head pressure. Large diameter, low RPM, low noise, maintenance-free
quality.
Motors shall be water proof totally enclosed
type with maintenance-free bearings or long life solid lubricant
reserve, additional moisture protection suitable for outdoor
conditions, single or multispeed single phase permanent
split capacitor, or single speed 3 phases type, direct drive
or belt drive arrangement. Motors are suitable for horizontal
and vertical working position, with internal built-in thermal
protection, low speed, and low noise. In accordance with
most European and American Electric Norms.
Easy Installation: COOLRITE units are completely
factory tested, dried, filled with R22 and sealed. All units
have one shot quick connectors or valve with soldering copper
pipe outlets. Gas circuits have permanent access valves.
Electric Junction board shall be color coded and
wires identified for easy field connections and maintenance.
It includes compressor and fan motor contactors, extra thermal
overload protection, high/low voltage protection relay with
compressor restart delay, high & low pressure cut off
protection, compressor crankcase heater, circuit fuse breakers
and coded terminals. Four way reversing valve & deicer
thermorelay for Heat Pump applications.
Access to all internal parts for cleaning or maintenance
needs only loosening of a few screws to remove any panel.
All parts can be easily removed & replaced.
Electric Heater & Fresh Air Damper
are optionals and shall be custom tailored on request. |
